|Recommended: YesAmazing Staff — This apartment was my first after moving away from home--a cross-country move, mind you--and it was due to the incredible staff here that it went so smoothly. My mother and I called dozens of times for assistance, and every time we were helped by some of the kindest, most thoughtful people we could have asked for. I'd especially like to highlight Oz who was instrumental in solving a giant problem I had with my moving company--Oz, you're a champ My apartment would be empty without you

|Recommended: NoNoisy apartments — Lots of noise from traffic coming going from high school, hot water in shower doesn't work most of the time. Cracks in drywall from bad construction.
|Recommended: YesNice Location In Verona — Overall, the West End in Verona is a very nice place to live. We live in the two story building so I'm sure its much quieter then the other larger buildings. Only real negative so far is the dog poop bag station in between the 2 and 3 story buildings has been empty for 4 months now....
